October 2024 Spotlight Closet: Writer & Educator Reagan E.J. Jackson
Reagan Jackson (she/her) is a multi-genre writer, artist, podcast host and producer, facilitator, and international educator. Most days you can find her at Young Women Empowered where she serves as the Co-Executive Director.
Her most recent book "Still True: The Evolution of an Unexpected Journalist" was published in March 2024. Through this collection of essays, author and activist Reagan Jackson chronicles her journey into the world of journalism. Art, cinema, social justice, feminism, Black reparations, health & reproductive rights, dance, education—while Jackson’s subjects range far and wide, her writing brings an intimacy & immediacy to all.

Other published writing includes poetry and children's books, essays in multiple anthologies and articles in The Seattle Globalist and the South Seattle Emerald.

Inspired by our original Spotlight Closet with Lindy West (way back in 2019!!) and subsequent closets from Mary Lambert and Vanessa Camille Ronquillo, we are now featuring a new Spotlight Closet each month!!
We're so excited to bring you monthly spotlight closets highlighting a range of styles, sizes, unique collections & the beautiful people behind them. Some of spotlights will be from people you may know & love while others you'll get to know through their personal aesthetic and fabulous fashion.
Launching the 2nd week of each month (or so), we'll have select items available in our Online Shop as well as the full collection in our Seattle store. Can't wait to feature more of our amazing consignors and their collections.
