SHOPPING

What sizes do you carry?

We carry women's sizes 14* and up in clothing. Our largest selections are in sizes 16-24. Our sizes go up as large as anyone brings to us. We regularly have up to size 34W, but often have up to a size 40W.

In footwear, we start at women's size 8, or European size 39.

*As we all know, sizing varies greatly between brands and whether it is a letter size or numerical size. We will take some larges, but generally begin at XLs. We "translate" the letter sizing into numerical sizing and do our best to adjust. That being said, we always suggest shopping at least a size above and below your "regular" size since measurements can vary.

What’s your return policy?

IN-STORE PURCHASES: Due to the nature of consignment and selling used items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases. Once an item sells the consignor's earnings are deposited in their account immediately. We ask that you carefully inspect all purchased items to ensure you do not see any defects that are not already accounted for in the price.

ONLINE PURCHASES: Returns are accepted for items purchased through our Online Shop. Read our Refund Policy.

Do you sell online or ship?

Yes, we’ll ship your items anywhere that can accept deliveries. In addition to selling items in our Online Shop, as described on our Online Page, you can contact us about any items you see on our social media pages, or ask us about whether we have specific items available in our store inventory. Fill out our Wish List if you're looking for a specific type of item and we can let you know if it comes in the shop!

Do you have payment plans?

Yes. We have a layaway plan for in-store purchases, and you can use Shop Pay to purchase items from our Online Shop.

DONATIONS

What happens if I donate my clothing?

You may donate clothing that either does not sell after the consignment period or are items that we cannot take for consignment for a variety of reasons.

Clothing is donated to the Seattle Women's Assistance Fund, which provides free clothing to Seattle-area homeless and low-income residents. We have tax donation forms by request.

Can I drop-off my clothing and donate anything you don't take for consignment?

If you choose to drop off your consignment and donate any items we cannot take, we will not be able to inventory the donated items or explain why they were donated. We will follow our consignment guidelines, including: condition, age, brands we don’t take, seasonality and current inventory. We will always take every item that is a good fit to sell in our store. You may request a tax donation receipt at any time.

Thank you for being our partner in consignment!
