Monthly Spotlight Closet: Kim Selling

Kim Selling is a Seattle-based writer, stylist, and the owner of Heavy Duty Vintage, a haven of body and gender-affirming vintage and secondhand goods. Kim is also the co-creator of More Fats More Femmes, a local vintage market event series specifically serving a plus-size customer base, and Fae Fest, a Renaissance faire-style event produced by queers for queers.

We are so excited about Kim's Spotlight Closet, which is full of unique & trendy pieces from a variety of indie & sustainable fashion brands including Peridot, Clothwitch, Big Bud Press, Fashion Brand Company & PNW brands New Affection & Copper Union; as well as houselines from Altar, Tunnel Vision, & Proud Mary, to name a few. Sizes range from L/12 to 5X with most in the 3X-5X range.

You may have met Kim at one of our Vintage Markets in the past few years and you can find them at a variety of pop-ups around town, including at the upcoming Fat Babes Marketplace at Fat Con in January. Kim also sells online as Heavy Duty Vintage through Instagram and Etsy.
